English Plus Activities

These are courses designed for people who wish to combine some English language studies with the opportunity to extend their knowledge or expertise in areas of personal interest e.g.

• English Plus golf / tennis
• English Plus cultural outings
• English Plus art appreciation
• English Plus literature

Mostly, such courses involve language study in the mornings, either in a small group for General English or on a one-to-one basis for specialist English. The afternoons will be arranged by advance negotiation between the student, the school and any others involved in providing a service in the student’s area of interest (e.g. a golf professional). Because these courses are individually designed and specifications vary, tuition fees are also arranged by negotiation in advance. English Plus courses are offered subject to availability of the relevant services for afternoon sessions during the dates chosen, and students should apply as far in advance as possible.
